I need something to work without repeater, big range without antenna upgrade.

I use Linksys for last 10 years. Great routers.
I would recommend WRT610N It is dual band N router with Gigabit switch and storage link. Great buy for the money |

I'd recommend buying Belkin N1 Vision Router. It's highly rated in many reviews and quite popular.

I am using the WRT120N at home. I love the fact that it is very to set up.The only problem I encountered was at first, it was not connecting to one of my laptops. I could usually connect to wi fi but to this router. The firmware just needed to be upgraded and I was all set. No problems so far.
