I doubt that I can repair it, and it is out of warranty anyway.
Should I stay with Harmony or maybe you can recommend better one?

I don't want to spend more than $200

I believe Harmony One is the one of the best out there.
I had older version and I loved it, recently I replace it with new one.
It is more than $200, but it is worth every penny
