Is there any tool, app or hack to boost signal on my iPhone 3gs.
Normally it is fine but when I'm in the garage or lower levels in the office, signal is very weak.

you can try iPhone signal booster from i-Tena.
I'm not really sure if this is what you're looking for, and I can say for sure that this particular product will help you.
I didn't try it yet (mine is in the mail) ...but looks promising and it is not expensive like those $200 signal boosters / hardware boxes

this is i-Tena booster, more like a sticker than real device
